Workforce Development Network

Delivered in partnership with National Youth Agency, the North West Workforce Development Network aims to bring together colleagues from across sectors who are interested in Continuing Professional Development in Youth Work and work with young people.

Our network is made up of people from different job roles and settings including practitioners, managers, trainers and academics and anyone with an interest in sharing and learning more about Workforce Development.

The network aims to provide:

  • a space for individuals to come together to share knowledge and approaches to workforce development
  • a way to map and identify emerging needs in the training and development of Youth sector
  • a place to share best practice and develop ideas to improve CPD opportunities
  • peer support to share challenges and identify solutions
  • insight from across the North West and nationally

The network meets quarterly and is free to join.
