I have worked in the voluntary, community and public sector for over 25 years, focusing on youth work, young people’s participation and engagement. I have managed programmes including arts, culture, sport development, wellbeing, prevention and targeted support with and for young people.
I have delivered capacity building in the youth sector providing training and support to develop services. I have also led a number of large-scale national programmes. I have an MA in Youth Work and Community Development (JNC) and a grants committee member at two national funders. I am passionate about working with young people ensuring they have the best opportunity to have their voices heard where it counts.
